What the Heck were we thinking? Up before the birds and off to the course. It was cold and we had to start out with jackets, gloves, hats! The gun sounded at 7:00 AM. Oh- did I mention that Carlie was running (a Full Marathon) and I walked a half marathon. It was a beautiful day, we both finished and were actually in pretty good shape after. I was so proud of Carlie and so happy that I could be at her first (?) Marathon.
