Flew to Curtis' on Sunday and Monday we drove to DC for 3 days. The weather was perfect and we visited just about everything we wanted to. Absolutely love the Lincoln Memorial and the walk over from Arlington. Carson was a real trooper when we weren't looking at Dinosaurs or space ships like he wanted to. Got back to Springfield and spent a day at Six Flags, rode 6 wild and crazy roller coasters. Played golf 3 days with Curtis and Ken was also able to spend 2 days on the course with us (he was in Hartford, Conn for work that week). Maybe the most important things were Carson giving up his bunk beds for Ken and I and lots and lots of Legos with Carson. Loved my vacation!!
